Common questions
What does "bounded updates" mean?
One update request in the queue at a time. Scope includes text changes, image swaps, contact info updates, and section edits. New pages, redesigns, or new integrations are quoted separately.
What is the 14-day live guarantee?
If your site is not live within 14 calendar days of us receiving your complete assets — logo, photos, practitioner bios, and brand colours — your first month is free. The clock starts when we have everything we need, not when you submit the intake form. We will send you a clear asset checklist and confirm the exact start date by email so there is no ambiguity.
What booking systems do you support?
HotDoc, Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal, and PowerDiary. If you use something else, get in touch and we will confirm compatibility.
Do you write the website copy?
Yes — copywriting is included. We write the page copy based on your intake form and a short Loom walk-through you record about your clinic. You review and approve before anything goes live. The more you can tell us about your practice, your patients, and what makes you different, the stronger the copy will be.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice. On cancellation, all site assets — code, images, and content — are handed over to you to do as you wish.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
We package up all your site files and hand them over. You can host them yourself or take them to another provider.
